      • No Show: • If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to attend the scheduled activity, it will be considered a No Show. • In the event of a No Show, a charge equivalent to the full cost of the excursion will apply. • No refunds will be issued.

      • Children under 1 meter must ride with a parent or guardian
      • Pregnant women and people with physical or motor disabilities that prevent horseback riding cannot participate
      • Galloping is not allowed
      • The use of cameras or cell phones during the ride is not permitted
      • You must cancel your activity at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
      • Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling unless a medical certificate is provided.
      • If transportation has already reached the pick-up point and the activity is rescheduled, a fee of $33 USD must be paid.
      • Date changes are subject to availability.
      • If you cannot attend due to medical reasons, you may submit a medical certificate to request a full refund. • The medical certificate must be provided within 24 hours after the scheduled activity date.
      • Contact with us 24 hours before to confirm the exact pick up time.
      • We will pick you up at the arrival Lobby of the Hotel. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign of the tour with the lead travelers name.
